Terms of Sale

Effective Date: June 19, 2025

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made with Neskih Web Development. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Neskih Web Development provides digital services including (but not limited to) web design, branding, and logo creation. All services are provided based on individual agreements confirmed via email or contract.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR (€), unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required before the start of any service.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.
• Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines will be defined per project and agreed upon before work begins. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or client-side delays (missing content, late feedback, etc.).

4. Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revisions. Any additional revision may be billed separately. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital and custom nature of the services, no full refunds are issued once work has begun.
• Partial refunds may be considered if the client cancels before significant work has started.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables. Neskih Web Development reserves the right to showcase projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback.
• Delays in providing necessary input may impact project timelines and quality.

8. Liability

Neskih Web Development is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered materials. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve all final assets before publication.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Dubai.
